hOW TO PICK dahlias
We can provide cutters. Be sure to cut the stem long, below the 2nd whirl of leaves. This should be about 16-20 inches long. Remove any leaves that will below water level. Dahlias are located at the Raspberries and can be picked any day we are open Early / Mid Aug - Oct.

IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS FLOWER PICKER WE SUGGEST BRINGING A BUCKET WE CAN FILL WITH WATER TO KEEP THE STEMS HAPPY.
sUNFLOWERS
We have sunflowers with our other vegetable crops and can be picked Sept- Oct. Watch for availability.
dahlias ARE BY FAR THE BEST
in 2025 our Dahlias have not performed well and will not be available for picking.There are very few and they will be first come first serve. We are very dissapointed.
eASY PICKING
We do not have many Dahlias this year 2025. They have not grown well and may show up in October. If you wan to buy a larger amount we offer discounts at 10 for $10
colors
We have many colors but they are not organized by color in the field. We plant them randomly so you will need to search.
alamode
By far we have the most Alamode dahlia variety currently.
Sunflowers
We plant the sunflowers near the other apple varieties normally near the grapes. These are available Sept-Oct.
